Raiding Info

Respect:

Respect is one of our key features of raiding. All individuals are to be treated with respect. A raid lead will call out on an individual for mistakes and attempt to improve their performance. However, they will not treat any raider without the respect they deserve.

Respect the time that the Raid lead and Healing Lead have put into preparing for fights by listening to their direction. Suggestions and information can be useful between pulls to improve but should not be argued.

Some examples of disrespectful behavior include but are not limited to persistent messaging and back-and-forth in public voice chat/raid chat/Discord, as well as private messaging in WoW, Discord, and other media.

Raid/Events Days Hours:

Social Raid: Wednesdays 6:30pm to 9:30pm (8:30pm to 11:30pm Eastern)

Progress Raid: Tuesdays 6:30pm to 9:30pm (8:30pm to 11:30pm Eastern)

Alternative Raid:  Saturdays, 6:00pm to 9:00pm (8:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern)

Raid Types:

We will be expanding our raids into two forms, social raiding and progression raiding.

Social Raiding will be a single night during the week (currently, Wednesday).  The  focus of the social raid will be to give everyone the opportunity to venture into raiding (New players and returning) while giving everyone the chance to improve and join the progression raid in the future. The social raid will have a base level of requirements to be met.

Progression Raiding will be a single night during the given week (currently Tuesday). The focus of this raid will be to progress forward and conquer the content before us. The progression raid will have more strict requirements and duties involved.

Note: We do not have a Mythic Raid team currently. All raiders are welcome to pug or run mythic when it does not interfere with guild raids. Exceptions need to be pre-approved by the Raid Lead.

All Raiding requirements will be updated (per patch cycle) on this website.

Raid Team Composition:

The team’s composition of a given raid group is at the discretion of the raid leader on Normal and Heroic mode. It’s also important to mention that the team has a Main Raid Leader and a Co-Raid Leader. The Co-Raid Leader will assume the function of the Main Raid Leader when they are not present.

Raid/Events Schedules and Lockouts:

During the last week of each month, the Raid Leader /Co-Raid Leader will schedule all the progress raids for the following month.
